Beauty Bulletin is seeking a dynamic and passionate Campaign Manager to manage and run all campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Total management, monitoring and optimisation of digital media advertising campaigns
• Ensure full understanding of all campaign elements by asking questions and eliciting information to ensure client requirements are satisfied
• Provide input into sales ideas and proposals
• Create suitable campaign time lines to ensure optimum flow of campaign
• Brief and manage all relevant parties to ensure all deliverables are met timeously
• Ongoing communication, updating and reporting to Sales team, Managing Editor and client
• Ad hoc client liaison and problem solving
• Basic photo editing
• Provide input on design and layout for digital elements of campaigns
• Ad hoc research to enhance campaign offerings
• Create holistic end of campaign activity reports for client reference

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND CORE COMPETENCIES

• Essential to have previous experience in creating and managing project time lines.
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in a campaign management or similar role (traffic, production or event management)
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Advertising is advantageous
• Knowledge of SEO and website key metrics an advantage
• Essential to understand and add value to the creative process within advertising campaigns
• Fine attention to detail, meticulous and systematic
• Experience with online and digital media
• Excellent interpersonal, management and leadership skills
• Excellent spoken and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to effectively lead and delegate
• Able to edit and proof read
• Excellent planning skills and deadline-driven
• Problem solving ability
• Deliver results under pressure
• Passion for Beauty industry is essential
• Assertive, innovative and independent
• Professional and well groomed
• Passionate with the desire to grow within the organisation
